We are confident that you will love your Elbow Hearts pyjamas however if for any reason you would like to return your order please check the following guidelines.

To be eligible for return your pyjamas must be unused and unworn as per the original order in the same way which you received it in. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could result in a refusal for refund and your item being returned back to you.

Email info@elbowhearts.com within 14 days of your purchase to let us know you would like to return your item.

Once authorised you then have a further 14 days to send your return to -

We are confident you will be happy with your item which is why we offer free shipping to our customers however if you do return your item then the shipping charges remain your responsibility. The package will need to be sent back to us by either Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class or Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class providing us with the tracking number as soon as your item has been sent.

As soon as your item has been returned to us we will inspect the goods to see they meet the returns guidelines. Should the pyjamas show any sign of wear, stains, makeup, perfume, damage etc or have been washed then your request for a refund will be rejected.

If your refund is authorised we will then process this and notify you via email. The refund will be made to the original payment method used and can take up to 14 days depending on your bank/card issuer.


FAULTY GOODS

Before your order is sent out we meticulously check the pyjamas.

WE WILL NOT accept responsibility for ITEMS that have been damaged during washing if our care instructions have not been followed. 


LATE RETURNS

Any returns made outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.


SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final and no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
